People is rude, even if you try to have a conversation with them they just are very impolite and they don't show interest, it's super expensive and even if you buy something they kick you out if you bring something from outside which is too rude and unfair. Ambiance is good but service sucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been a regular customer at Cafe Rosen for quite some time and have always ordered the same drink. While the service has consistently been slow and the staff often rude, I ignored it because I genuinely enjoyed the coffee. However, my most recent visit was the final straw. I ordered my usual buttercream latte, but this time, it was completely undrinkable. It tasted nothing like it used to. Practically tasted like a mixture of water and milk. When I politely asked the staff if something had changed, I was met with: “No, it’s the same as always. You can pay for additives if you don’t like it.” I had already paid $7 for the drink, so being told I needed to spend more to make it palatable was frustrating and insulting. Not only were they dismissive of my concern, but they showed no interest in making it right or ensuring I left as a satisfied customer. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was appalling. This experience was the final tipping point for me. While I’ve tolerated their rude behavior in the past, this visit proved they truly don’t value their customers. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone else. If you’re looking for a drinkable coffee and decent service, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
