The water temperature in our machine is set by the manufacturer to suit the product. To prevent the tea water from cooling down so quickly, we cover the cup with a small saucer and place tea bags with information about the recommended steeping time on top. Of course, errors can always happen and we usually resolve them immediately by exchanging product complaints or producing again. Unfortunately, in your case, this was not possible for us because you only communicated your dissatisfaction with the product you had already consumed to our employee 1.5 hours later. I understand your displeasure that you weren't happy to pay for a product that seemed to lack the taste experience you expected.
