When you read about how outrageously Café Elise (presumably the operator) reacts to CERTAINLY JUSTIFIED (!!!) criticism from guests, my toenails curl! No trace of critical ability...let alone insight. Why am I sure the reviews are legitimate? Because they largely correspond to what we experienced on our last visit there... which admittedly was a long time ago. But we will no longer enter this store under this operator. Here the fish clearly (!) stinks from the head! Below is the old (!) review: We sat on the terrace for 15 minutes today and were "kindly" ignored by the staff (three fellow "workers")... also 2 (!) attempts to order something inside at the cake counter failed - we simply weren't accepted observed. Other people on the terrace were also "slightly" annoyed by the very unmotivated and inattentive service... then Café Elise just died for me from now on. I think the new “we decide how the customer has to eat - eco-concept” is anything but successful anyway. I don't like being patronized by a restaurant/café. Service: 1
