The ambience, food and drinks were excellent and, in my opinion, authentic. Highly recommended. The shop is comfortably furnished. However, one lady from the service was very unfriendly, the placement of the tables and moving our group (tables had been reserved beforehand) had previously been discussed with another lady from the service, so apparently no problem. The lady who told us in an unfriendly manner and at a decent volume, understandable to all guests present, that this was not possible and that it was now very tight, was met with incomprehension by various guests. We sat in the last corner where we weren't blocking any paths or anything like that. Apparently, only she had this problem, other guests and we assured her that this was completely fine for everyone involved. All the other service people were very nice and accommodating. Naturally, we get upset, we tried our best groups upset the whole rhyme of the kitchen we don't take groups for a reason, we just don't have the room. This is not meant to be unfriendly, we are just a small family Café and do not have the capacity to meet your needs.More

A Slice of Britain offers very good food, but at a high price. Unfortunately there was no friendly greeting and ordering was only possible by waving several times. In addition, some pieces of fruit were of poor quality. Overall, the cafe could work on service quality to improve the positive dining experience. The toilet would also benefit from a renovation. It is also quite loud due to the narrow seating situation. A great café for breakfast with room for improvement. Hi Roman, we are a very small family café. We would like to stay as we are, small and fine and do not offer table service. Our ingredients are delivered fresh every day, as you can see in the 100th of pictures online. Everything can be lifted upwards, but with 45 degrees in the kitchen we did our best.
