We celebrated a birthday party there in the wonderful guest garden. We were super lucky with the weather, you just have to be aware in June that dead lime blossoms could fall onto the tables and possibly into the glass. The beer mat definitely helps if that bothers you. There is also a small playground with swings and plenty of meadow for children to run around in. The food there is Austrian cuisine, as they say. The soups are all highly recommended, and the salads and dressings are also delicious. There are a variety of main courses, from the classic schnitzel with parsley potatoes, rice and salad to cheese spaetzle, sheep's cheese salad and even fish. If you're looking for something sweet, you're sure to find something here. I can definitely recommend the garlic cream soup, garnished with croutons and a bit of cream. The chicken (or pork) schnitzel also tastes very good, including the side dishes. Ketchup and cranberry jam were also provided for the table. The salad that came with it was a mixed salad. The feast was delicately rounded off with coffee and the restaurant's insider tip, a strawberry tiramisu. If you find yourself in this restaurant, ask whether there are currently any special desserts available. This strawberry tiramisu was a seasonal sensation! If this is available again on my next visit, I will definitely order it. The service is absolutely nice, you're on a first-name basis and there's also a lot of banter when the chemistry between guest and waiter is right. They take great care of their guests, they also ask after the dishes are handed out whether everyone has something to eat and if you want something extra, that's no problem.
