Staff offers to make a reservation by calling, but forgot to register us! Drove 60km for nothing, not trusting. Excuse: I'd rather do it online, thanks for nothing!! (Not even an apology)

It's a shame that you gave us a negative rating. At the time of your call we no longer had any lanes available for reservations. Maybe you have reservations at another bowling center? Of course we apologized for this, but unfortunately we were no longer able to offer you free travel, which made us very sorry.
