Refus de servir un sandwich pour raison que les baguettes soient chaudes. Une Dame très sympathique mais embêtée car le Mr présent lui interdit la préparation du Sandwich.

I went to Boulangerie Louise to collect an anti-waste basket via the Too Good To Go application, and unfortunately, my experience did not match my expectations: The application clearly stated that bread bags and containers would be provided, however, upon my arrival, the waitress, whose attitude was one of blatant contempt, refused to hand me the products, citing the fact that I didn't have anything to transport them. Furthermore, she explained to us that we did not understand the concept of Too Good To Go, insinuating that we were not sufficiently taking into account environmental concerns due to our demand for bags. Even if I didn't have a bag, I would have happily carried the products by hand, but it seemed like a hassle. I am deeply disappointed with the reception I received and the non-compliance with the information provided by the application. I sincerely hope that this review can help improve the bakery's customer service for future customers. We all know how important the environment is, but in no way should that justify poor customer service.
