This place went down hill.. Just had order of fish and chips with gravy.. it was horrible.. the fish was nothing but scraps and the fries was cooked over and over and over and gravy was all lumpy. I hate vinegar but in order to eat it, I had to add vinegar to it. Whatever oil they cook their food in, they should change it. it leave a gross taste in your mouth after.. Wont be eating there again, grew up on Big R's

The Big R Restaurant has horrible customer service, went to change my order and take something off and the lady was like “oh my god”, she didn’t listen to me very well when I told her I wanted (3 piece wings and chips) and she added 3 separate meals to my order, very disrespectful, like I know the world is going through something right now with this COVID on the go but there is still no need to get on like that!!!
