Certains choix de la carte ne sont pas disponibles, tu manges ce qu'on veut bien te servir et on te prend ta bouteille d'eau avant que tu l'aies fini... Sinon les portions sont copieuses (sauf pour le bœuf...) Les brochettes de poulet sont très bonnes mais épicées.

Located inside the Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town, Beef Room offers a surprisingly refined dining experience that deserves more attention than it seems to get. When we visited on a Saturday evening, the restaurant was almost empty — which, while unusual for a weekend, created a calm and relaxed atmosphere with attentive, personal service. The interior is modern yet understated, with warm lighting, elegant table settings, and a comfortable layout that feels inviting rather than formal. Service was excellent throughout — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring without being intrusive. We ordered a mix of dishes: a club sandwich with fries, chicken breast with cauliflower purée and creamy pepper sauce, tiramisu for dessert, and cappuccinos to finish. The club sandwich was classic comfort food — layers of toasted bread with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and sauce, served with crisp fries and dips presented neatly on a wooden board. The chicken dish was the highlight: beautifully plated, tender, and well-seasoned, complemented by a velvety cauliflower purée and a sauce that balanced richness and acidity perfectly. The plating, with edible flowers and crisp garnishes, added a fine-dining touch without feeling pretentious. The tiramisu, served in a small glass jar, was light, creamy, and delicately layered — a simple but satisfying way to end the meal. The cappuccino was equally well made, with smooth foam and artful presentation, showing attention to detail that’s often missing in hotel restaurants. Prices were reasonable given the quality and setting, and portions were generous. While the restaurant might lack the lively buzz of Old Town eateries just outside, the calm atmosphere, excellent service, and well-prepared dishes make it a worthy choice for those preferring a quiet, high-quality dinner. In short, Beef Room delivers thoughtful cooking and professional service in a relaxed setting — an underrated gem within the Hilton Garden Inn that’s easily worth a visit, whether you’re staying at the hotel or simply passing through Bucharest’s Old Town.
