The stars of our lunch were unquestionably the seafood and the iconic bistro staple. The fresh oysters were a pure delight—bright, bracing, and possessing that wonderful, clean taste of the sea. Served perfectly chilled and shucked with precision, each oyster was a testament to the quality and care in sourcing their magnificent produce. Equally superb was the Beef Tartare. Prepared with the utmost respect for tradition, the finely minced beef was seasoned to absolute perfection, exhibiting a magnificent depth of flavor that was savory and rich without being overwhelmed by its accompaniments.
