The stars of our lunch were unquestionably the seafood and the iconic bistro staple. The fresh oysters were a pure delight—bright, bracing, and possessing that wonderful, clean taste of the sea. Served perfectly chilled and shucked with precision, each oyster was a testament to the quality and care in sourcing their magnificent produce. Equally superb was the Beef Tartare.
