I’m all for supporting small business and home based bakeries. I found this page on google read the reviews felt like this is the one. Talked to lady discussed the details like what i want on cake. The cost was not in my budget for the accessories ,so told her i’ll handle the accessories on my own. But take the cake though she said ok. Gave me new price, i said ok. That’s good . NOT A SINGLE BARGAINING OR ANYTHING. I know all the time& efforts cake takes. I RESPECT THAT. Confirmed it. Asked her to sent me email/anything so i can send the advance she asked for in to finalize it . NO RESPONSE SENT HER FEW MESSAGES CALLED HER NO RESPONSE. Just straight up ignored me . I needed the cake next day .Had to buy pre made cake from bakery. I understand things happens but if you are doing a business and serving people on their special day, have some decency to acknowledge it or at least let them know hey i won’t be able to do this . I’m disappointed tbh. Lack of good communication affects everything. Service: 1

I would like to let you know that there was some glitch.. for some reason I lost ur number and text messages on my phone.. I had no way to contact you back.. it looked like you blocked my number.. all the messages disappeared as if there was no conversation...You called me in the afternoon and I did reply your calls instantly even if I missed the call I did call back shortly after without any fail..After ur last messages for e-transfer I sent u few messages.. then then suddenly ur number, ur texts all were gone off my phone.. I didn't know how to connect back..You had my Google information, there is my Instagram page as well.. did u try to send the message anywhere else?? No u didn't...And now you are writing this review on my page..I am amazed... did I speak anything bad or ever said in my conversation that I don't want to serve you...I am very particular about my customers need and always pay attention and give my honest opinion..You told me edible images I told u I get get done from outside.. I was honest.. I didn't remember ur number..earlier I assumed that u might have removed the messages by mistake as u might to trying to remove the pictures..and waited for your call..nothing..I even got ur voice messages... wherein there was no number left...the phone showed me voice mail... I checked and ur messages to contact u.. but where ... there was no contact number i had...I request you to contact back and kindly remove this negative review from here.. this is very non- ethical..
