Nous avons passé une agréable soirée au Bagatelle, l'ambiance est cosy, les plats sont qualitatifs et servis en quantité, tout ça pour un rapport qualité-prix très correct. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Today, my wife and I decided to try one of the Restaurants in our amazing city and we've had high expectations as we've been recommended to try the location by very fussy people.Considering our city is well known for the tourism sector and the hospitality industry we are very aware that it's very challenging for a kind of newly Restaurant to succeed in such a competitive environment, but wow !!! today we've agreed , both myself and the wife , both working in high end overseas culinary locations , that there's no other place like Bagatelle in Brasov!!!I would like to mention that the place is immaculately clean and with all this Covid nightmare going on the Restaurant itself feels safe and all restrictions and measures are in place as we are well knowledgeable in regards the legislation in place.On the arrival we've been welcomed by friendly smiles and we've been nicely escorted to our table , which was cosy and intimate with a lovely view . The music on the background and the decor perfectly send us into starting a lovely dinner, accompanied by friendly Ioana which was more than happy to introduce the menu and to assist with the order. Robert also engaged with us few times during the meal , not intrusive, professional and both building a bridge of communication which truly showed both guys experience and product knowledge, but what really made our night was the whole customer service from this 2 assets !!!The food menu was not to large , not to small, perfectly designed to offer variety and well reflecting the fine dining experience that was meant to deliver and the drinks nicely described on the side were well chosen to match the food .We've had the foigras terrine to start and share , the seafood platter as a main for myself and beef strips trufled tagliatelle for my wife and we've finished with an amazing chocolate souffle on Ioana's recommendation.I have to say compliments to one of the best chefs in town !!! Nothing what so ever to negatively highlight as rarely you can find such a perfect mix between flavours and textures. The portion were decent and the good value for money !! I am speechless on the taste that every single item was mouthy watering. If you consider I'm over sizing the story by using such big words I dear every single person reading this to try Bagatelle!!! 10 out of 10 tonight and massive thank you Robert , Ioana, chef and the rest of the team for creating a night that we'll hardly forget !!! Keep up the good work and if everyone talks about the first Michelin star in Romania , Bucharest heads up!!! as Bagatelle Brasov might be the one !!!
