I had the worst experience ordering from Avocadoo that almost put my health at jeopardy! I ordered online the same product in 2 variants: with normal bread for a friend and also with gluten-free bread for me as I have a gluten allergy. The order arrived without identification marks on the products so because I didn't know which one was the gluten-free bread I called to find out. A lady answered the phone and was very irritated about my question telling me that there are seeds on the gluten-free bread - unfortunately the bread was covered in egg and sauce and I couldn't distinguish the seeds, the only difference was that one bread was white and the other brown. I told the lady this and she responded with an irritated tone that "it's obvious which one is the gluten-free one" without actually telling me which one was that. I told her that it's not obvious at all because gluten free bread can be white or brown, there are multiple options, and I asked her to take this matter seriously because it's a health allergy and it's an important information for me. At this point she hung up the phone, I tried calling back 6 times with no answer and nor did they ever returned the missed called. Unfortunately without knowing which product was safe for me I couldn't eat my order that btw, didn't came cheap (the gluten free loaf of bread was 1,5 euro more expensive than the normal one). Very bad customer service, Avocadoo! You need to take people food allergies very seriously especially since you advertise yourself as a healthy restaurant!
