The Odyssey with Autohaus Witt.... My in-laws broke down on the motorway just outside Hamburg and were towed away by the Witt company. The car should be taken to a workshop in HH. Since there were four of my in-laws on the road, they drove home in an ADAC rental car. Day 1: The next morning the car had not yet arrived at the workshop. The reason was farmer protests. OK, that's one reason. It should be delivered the next day. Day 2: A day later the car was still not in the workshop. The reason was no drivers due to illness. OK, it can happen. Then tomorrow. Day 3: Another day later, the car was still not in the workshop. The reason was that the towing vehicle was defective...OK, I'll call that a coincidence... Then tomorrow. Day 4: You can guess by now, the car was still not in the workshop!!! But we didn't need an excuse anymore because the car was at my in-laws' FRONT DOOR! ON THE WALKWAY!, this was completely blocked so that pedestrians had to move onto the street. Oh yes and I don't even have to mention it anymore, of course the car wasn't repaired either, so we couldn't drive it away. After almost a week, the ADAC picked up the car from my in-laws' house and finally took it to the workshop. I have never experienced so much incompetence!

Jerome took our boxer hops. Great work from a great guy Gladly again wouldn't be fair to our car but if it has to happen again then please go with Jerome again.
