We are 2 people to operate it all year round. We work with groups of companies, ECs, individuals but also during competitions as well as with regular customers. During major competitions, we organize ourselves to respond to a very very strong demand relating to an influence on more than 1,200 people per day. Above all, we work to meet catering needs in a very short time: 1 hour maximum. Indeed, the time trials, the finals and the finals leave little time for mechanics, runners, pilots and visitors to eat. For example, on Sunday June 18 during the "NSK MURET 2023", a major Karting competition bringing together more than 250 drivers, we served no less than 220 meals in 37 minutes! As a reminder, the Restaurant “Au Paddock” offers various services throughout the day from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.: - Breakfast (coffee, pain au chocolat, orange juice, etc.) - Lunch with different options to choose from: Giant pan or Barbecue or manager salad, or sirloin or Burgers + Hot Dog + 2 kinds of Panini + Bagnat Bread... For all prices, all budgets and all constraints of time linked to the race. - Evening meal by reservation: Giant pan, pizzas, salad, etc. - Snacks, Ice Creams and Drinks all day - An additional refreshment bar in the stands close to the drivers, mechanics and accompanying persons - Various services: purchase of bread, reservation of pizzas for lunch or dinner, etc. It's not just money that matters to us, but also and above all a service provided all day long which tries to best respond to all the potential requests of the 1,200 people present on the site. I am sorry that you had the impression that the restaurant was poorly operated despite the investment and hours devoted to making this type of major event a success for 4 days (more than 750 meals in 4 days...) and I sincerely hope that next time we will have a formula that satisfies you.
