8:30pm July 31 2024. Waited 10 minutes to find out the lady working the front desk was hiding in the corner on her phone. Tried to order but apparently this lady is hearing impaired or unable to understand my order repeated 5 times. After the fifth time I gave up it was late and I did not want to deal with this ridiculous lady. This is usually my go to spot for quick food but after this never again. Do better Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It has been a while since I have ordered from Asian One. did not take time to listen properly. I had to repeat myself more than once. This time I only required a meal for one so I chose to order a combination plate. I asked the lady on the phone about a certain dish that accompanied something I wanted. She told me something that seemed acceptable. What came was nothing like she explained. I called to ask about it once I was at home, and had to speak to 3 people before I spoke to someone who understood what I was asking. her attitude was less then acceptable. Very disappointing experience

It was one of my go to dinners out...not only have owners changed ...flavors have changed quality ..and quantity as well...my beef brocolli chewed back at me......don't take my word for it ..see for yourself ...Cheers!
