The processing of those waiting has been slow very often lately. This also disrupts the ambience when you eat in the restaurant as a guest - who wants to eat their food between a number of people waiting to pick up their food. Despite the impending collapse of the system, take-away orders with short pick-up times are still being accepted. As a result, the disaster sometimes lasts the entire evening. Meanwhile, the highest possible throughput seems to be more important than quality. The food often seems more carelessly prepared than in the early days. Card payments are now categorically rejected and only accepted with enormous emphasis. All in all, you have the feeling that you just have to make as much profit as possible, both as a guest on site and as a person collecting the goods. This may be acceptable for regular guests for a while in order to get the usual taste, but I would advise new guests against Okonomi. Unfortunately, the golden years are over here.
