The staff was incredibly kind, and the food was amazing. Our sommelier (sorry I can’t remember her name) explained the wines in a way that was easy to understand even though i’m not used to drink wine. Thanks to her, we chose great wines that perfectly paired with our steak and seafood. It was an incredible experience.. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went to this place about three years ago and sat at the bar. I had a good experience and the food was really good so I decided to go back and things were a little different. Prime rib was good …but drinks was horrible and overpriced waited an hour for my food maybe longer they was super slow my Waitress was really nice don’t think I’ll be back. Had an exceptional dining experience at Neros Steakhouse! The elegant ambiance and stunning river views set the perfect backdrop for our special evening. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in - attentive and knowledgeable staff who made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. We started with the Crab and Artichoke Dip, which was absolutely divine - creamy, rich, and loaded with succulent crab meat. Sorry about the photo of the half-eaten dip - we were so hungry and it was just too delicious to wait for a picture! It set the perfect tone for what would be an outstanding meal. Special mention to the staff for their exceptional attention to my girlfriend's mushroom allergy - they were incredibly accommodating and careful, ensuring her meal was prepared safely with no cross-contamination. This level of care really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. I ordered the Nero's Signature Prime Rib, accompanied by perfectly Steamed Asparagus and creamy Golden Mashed Potatoes - every element was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The prime rib was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. My bourbon on the rocks was expertly prepared. My girlfriend's Panko Crusted Atlantic Salmon was delightful, and she thoroughly enjoyed her cosmopolitan. The quality of ingredients and preparation was truly impressive. The highlight of the evening was when they surprised my girlfriend with a decadent chocolate cake for her birthday - such a thoughtful touch that made her night even more special! The portions were generous and satisfying throughout the meal. The intimate atmosphere made for a perfect date night setting. While it's on the pricier side, the exceptional food quality, stellar service, and overall experience made it well worth it.
