Arishta Bakery is an absolute gem in Shkoder, especially if you have a sweet tooth. Their kunafa ice cream is unlike anything I’ve tried before—creamy, sweet, and with the perfect crunch. They also offer a variety of traditional sweets and cakes, but what really blew me away was their red velvet cake. If you're from the U.S., you could easily compare it to the Cheesecake Factory—rich, moist, and just the right amount of sweetness. The staff was wonderful and super helpful in guiding us through the selection. We visited multiple times during our stay because everything was so good. The staff was also really fun! We had a hilarious moment when I asked one of them, "Do you know what this is?" and she sassily responded, "Do I know what this is?" and we all had a good laugh. If you're in Shkoder, this bakery is a must for anyone who enjoys great desserts and warm, welcoming service.
