The wait for food is outrageously long, the quality does not correspond to the price: a Caesar salad for 650 rubles is half a cucumber and half a tomato, the plate is see-through. The dumplings are overcooked. The steak is a bit tough. The staff is polite, they try their best, but this cannot save the “product” provided. Unfortunately, there are problems with the service in the cafe on Sokol. You wait for an order for half an hour, then they come up to you asking if you are ready to place an order.. And this is not an accident, because the tables around are also indignant, waiting for basic drinks for children (fruit juice and regular juice do not need to be prepared). The food is delicious, the desserts are wonderful, but there are either not enough waiters, or they are sorely lacking in experience. Anderson is fantastic! Can't recommended it more, the service is fabulous and caring, food is delicious (strongly recommend the breakfast options, the big green salad and the port braised beef cheeks). If you are on a rush during the weekend expect some delay in the service as the place can get packed, but is totally worth.
