Very gross food and awful service. Compared to other Aladin's food shops. The staff were rude, they didn't seem to know their duties neither how to work with customers. They told me in a rude manner that I have to wait for two burgers as they have only two ready and asked me if I want to change the burgers for dover instead, which I agreed too as we were starving. Then they told me that they actually have one, which was sitting on the grill for God knows how long. They served me raw burger and when I asked them why the burger is raw they told me what can I do? Then eventually they gave me another burger again raw. Never ever will go there again even if that is my only option. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: BGN 50–60 Kid-friendliness: They served me a raw burgers which meant to be for my kids, very unpleasant and unprofessional. And when told that the burgers are raw, they told me I know, but what to do? REALLY??? Serving raw food to kids.
